I ordered some hair bundles which was supposed to come from the store in China and I panicked as I needed it to arrive before 4-6 business days. I contacted the team via WhatsApp asking them to help me so that I could receive my order earlier. The team member was able to amend my booking, change it so that the order could come from the UK store, and I received my bundles the very next day! The hair came silky straight & no smell.
