Specific, thorough, efficient
The initial contact was very specific about how the process would work and the final file format(s) provided. Victor was very responsive with every step from the initial concepts through the final design of my logo. Within two days we basically had it nailed down and ready for final processing. They do try to "upsell". I don't blame them as their initial fee was very reasonable. When I mentioned that I was strictly feeling out the potential for my business they didn't "push" for me to buy additional services. It was not a "hard" sell but consistent. Put it this way, if I do need additional services I would not hesitate to return.
