Tried Maya in London (with a Europe eSim). I had two to try and they were both completely non functional. Getting support on them was also an infuriating experience. I won’t be returning to Maya ever again.

Decent eSim functionality. Terrible onboarding flow
Decent eSim functionality let down by awful customer service and communications. I never received a single bit of email communication from Jetpac. I had to manually reach out to support multiple times just get basic activation information and monitoring. Chan from customer service was particularly terrible. Constantly spamming me with pre formatted messages that were not related to my issue. I asked to escalate to another CSR and they just ignored my request. I wouldn’t recommend Jetpac to anyone else. Very painful onboarding and support flow.
