Misleading “Unlimited” Plan — Service Unusable
I paid over $500 for the yearly “Unlimited” plan, but the service is effectively unusable. Generating a single video takes several hours, and this happens at almost all times of the day. I even tested it continuously for a full day, and the results were the same. This is clearly not what “unlimited” should mean in practice. The performance makes it impossible to use for any real workflow. The service is not as described and does not deliver the expected functionality for a paid plan. There is no real value here. I do not recommend this platform. This service is misleading and does not match what is advertised.
