They are sneaky with how they get their money. Paid off a loan through their portal, it said the payment did not go through. I tried 3x, and it did go through with my bank but they claim to have not received it. I had to work through my bank while the money is tied up AND they won't backpay their interest while the money settles in my account. Good way to squeeze out more money from your customers through a poor web app that you refuse to fix when I bring it up.
