I have ordered an elemental diet powder through their website. A more than 500$ charge. Of which, without warning they charged me an additional $90 for extra shipping costs (that I did not agree on). The powder never arrived and was returned to them, and they still refuse to issue a refund. They are thieves and hide behind shady policies on their website.
