My mom got sick from their food and died
My mom went on one of their tours and caught an infectious disease while on the tour. She died before she could board her flight home. Gate 1 Travel provided zero assistance to her as far as I know. When I asked them for details of what happened, they told me that they would not provide me any details without a subpoena.
