I made a purchase of $32.19 for a radioactive milkie and cookie. Surprisingly, it was out of stock but found out through chat. KOBE accommodated this inconvenience and gave my son 3 brainrots that my son was happy with and for the value of what i initially paid for. KOBE did his best to still give us great customer service and did the right thing as opposed to accepting a refund. Now, we are all satisfied.
