Delivery never arrived but refund still wasn't wilfully processed.
Bought two large and expensive prop weapons for costumes for my wife and me for my 40th birthday, and emailed stressing that I would need them to arrive within 1.5 months and confirming this was doable. Received a reply assuring me that timeframe should be fine, so waited. A couple of weeks before my 40th, i emailed again since nothing had arrived, but was told that it appeared to be en route and instructed to contact my domestic post service. I contacted them and was told the package never arrived in my country and was seemingly held by chinese customs. I emailed the vendor again and they just offered to resend if and when they confirmed it hadn't arrived. I again explained the items were for my 40th, which by this point had passed, so i had no use for the items and asked for a refund. The vendor repeatedly said they would issue a refund but did not until I submitted a paypal request - which didn't go through until it ran out of time without a response.
