First problem shipper was a half hour late I had people on my end to load the product that had to wait second on the way to the destination part of the product blew off the truck and landed on the side of the road luckily no one was hurt no accident happened and only minor damage to the product the shipper did apologize but did not offer any kind of compensation which I was very surprised at that being a business owner myself I certainly would have offered a discount if not a complete refund unfortunately because of this experience probably will not using u ship again
