Good keyboard, unusable software
I bought the EPOMAKER x AULA F65 Tri-Mode and used it on Windows 11 Pro. I actually like the keyboard itself. The build, feel, and typing experience are good. The reason I am leaving 1 star is the software. Epomaker provides Windows software for this model, but the software failed to detect the keyboard. That makes the customization side of the product not as advertised. Good hardware does not make up for broken software support. I like the keyboard, but I cannot recommend the overall product because the software experience was poor.
