This is the slowest SC site so far! They took over 5 business days to look at my redemption request. Where is the money?!???!
Have requested a redemption from them and it took them many days beyond what the email from them had projected. Business is business and things happen, however the concern here is that no communication is a red flag for no method of problem solving either. FIX YOUR BUDGET AND HAVE SOME REAL E-MAIL INBOX TO MONITOR!
