I would like to recognize two outstanding customer service experiences my mother and I recently had with Nassau. Last week, my mother spoke with Dawn regarding an invoice she had received in error. Dawn was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the situation, ensuring my mother fully understood everything and confirming the bill was sent in error. Her professionalism and kindness made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Today, my mother and I needed assistance completing the Certification & Acknowledgement of Trust Agreement to update her trust information. We had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth, who was equally exceptional. She patiently stayed on the phone with us, carefully walking us through each section of the form to ensure it was completed accurately. Her willingness to take the time to guide us every step of the way was truly appreciated. Exceptional customer service has become increasingly rare, which makes experiences like these stand out even more. Both Dawn and Elizabeth went above and beyond to provide outstanding support, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. They are EXCELLENT representatives of Nassau, and I wanted to make sure their exceptional service was recognized.
