15 year customer
I have been taking my 15 year old chihuahua to the same location since a puppy and I refuse to change the location even when we moved. The women in our location are friendly, answer all my questions and are overall helpful. The two doctors are also very good at explaining treatment plans as well as suggestions if plan a isnt an option budget wise. When my dog fell down the stairs and lost the ability to walk, they were quick to reasure me that even if they could only do so much, there were places we could take her. They gave out a list of recommended places for spin issues and it turned out little Luna learned to walk again
