will definitely use superbuy again
i initially used aramex's shop and ship service to ship my adidas order from china to the uae but my package was prohibited from being shipped because aramex shanghai required a brand authorisation letter (which was impossible for me to acquire). i instead had aramex ship my adidas package to superbuy's warehouse. superbuy's customer service was amazing, they answered all my questions and were very quick in replying. they even gave me suggestions as to which courier service provider i should opt for in order to avoid being required to provide a brand authorisation letter. i received my order within a week of my package arriving at superbuy's warehouse. definitely going to use superbuy again in the future.
