My order was sent without the entire quantity I purchased but have been charged full price. But I have been contacted by Dermwarehouse that the rest my order will be delivered once the product is available. They were quickly responsive and helpful in answering my complaints. I am grateful for good communication and client support. But I have paid for a product that was not in stock.
