Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. This company uses manipulative and frustrating tactics that no legitimate business should be using. Forcing customers to sit through videos just to complete a purchase is already a red flag, but it gets worse. After going through that process, I was charged far more than what I originally agreed to—sometimes double or even triple the listed price. That is completely unacceptable and feels incredibly deceptive. There is a serious lack of transparency in their checkout process, and it gives the impression that the system is designed to confuse customers into paying more than they intended. Businesses should be upfront and honest about pricing—anything less crosses a line. Based on my experience, I genuinely believe Cupids should be investigated for false advertising and potentially scamming customers. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Pay extremely close attention to what you’re being charged, and honestly, you’re better off taking your business elsewhere. No product is worth dealing with this level of frustration, lack of trust, and questionable business practices.
