1 hour waiting to check in at Bali to be told flight has 2 hr delay. Then the flight arrived late and rescheduled to 3pm to KL from original time of 11.55 am . I have Connecting flight 8 hrs later that I might still miss as a result of this incompetent company. Please save yourself pain and don't fly batik I know I will never fly with them again.
