DAY 11. STILL IGNORED. My Address/Bill verification is being ignored without any reason. Tickets #5364468, #5370608. Your yesterday's promise to help was a complete lie. 11 days for a simple document check is a disaster. At first they fed me breakfast a couple of times, wait 3 days, then on the 8th-9th day I already wrote a review, they answered me here, but the support team completely ignored me !!!
