Notification of shipping deficient
The sofa is lovely, but this is my 2nd time purchasing a sofa through Burrow, and it is the 2nd time that they don't notify me in advance when items are shipped. It's super inconvenient and unsafe to have large boxes delivered to your house when you are out of town. The boxes sat on the front porch for days. The only reason we noticed that the boxes were there is that they showed up on the Ring camera.
