Delivery is taking a long time; the service is excellent, but the order I placed is taking a long time to arrive from Germany
I am very satisfied with the way Bambu operates. There is one thing that is a major annoyance when I place an order and the parcel has to come from Germany. This is because the parcels are prepared and then sit with DHL for a very long time before they are dispatched, which is a major annoyance, as I order more frequently from Germany and, with DHL, receive these within 2 to 3 working days at most. When ordering from the Czech Republic via UPS, it arrives the very next day if I order on time or sometimes late in the afternoon. I really cannot understand why, when ordering from Germany, I have to wait at least 1.5 weeks for my order, even though I’ve already paid. Kind Regards, Eddy
