Rail NInja is a SCAM
Rail NInja is a 3rd party company that charges ridiculously high prices for train travel. I recently booked a ticket from Madrid to Barcelona and needed to cancel because of a change in plans. This is well over a month in advance and have now been informed that $150 will be kept as a “service fee”. This is not clearly indicated when purchasing a “flexible” fare, refundable ticket! Do not recommend engaging in any business with this company. Book directly with the railroad for a better experience with reasonable pricing.
