Top notch customer service
I adore Scrapbook.com and their customer service. I have ordered a lot (not as much as some but more than others) and only 1 time had an issue. I called and it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I will keep coming back because the value is terrific but even more important, the customer service is miles ahead of its nearest competitor. Keep up the terrific work!! ~Terri
