It took over 2 months to receive 2 wands, customer service was slow and really poor. Now I found that they have been billing my credit card $29.99 monthly without my approval or authorization. I never signed up for a subscription or monthly plan, I feel this company fraudulently has been stealing from me for 4 months, I have received no products, no email confirmations and or response from support. The wands also don’t work, 1 was broken and the other did not work to how it was marketed and broke after a few uses. I do not recommend purchasing their products or buying anything from this company! They are a scam!
