Very disappointing experience with Agoda. I booked and paid for a Superior 3 Bedroom room, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told the booking had been cancelled and I was downgraded to a room with only 2 double beds. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress after travelling. The room I originally booked was specifically chosen for our needs, so the downgrade was unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was how difficult it was to contact Agoda for urgent support. There was no easy way to speak to someone directly when the issue happened, and getting help while overseas was extremely frustrating. I expected a confirmed and paid booking to be honoured properly. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my confidence in using Agoda again.
