I reached out with some questions about a package not knowing they weren't the actual shipping carrier but rather just a tracking platform. I had a response within minutes from them via email. They were kind, polite and incredibly courteous . They explained to me what they did and what I needed to do as a consumer who is still awaiting my items. They even gave me tips on how to reach out to platforms to get a refund. I truly appreciate them and they kindness and being so helpful. Ignore those bad reviews these guys are really amazing.
