Broken ph-meter
I bought into the spider-farmer-ecosystem after some research and despite some negative publicity on social media. (reddit, etc.) The Sensors, Fans, Lights, Inline fan and Controller are working seamlessly together and the software updates added some additional functionality which I very much appreciate. (hoping for more in the future) After having issues with the 5 in 1 ph-meter I contacted customer service as instructed on their website. Spider Farmer responded fast and replaced my ph-meter within a week without any additional cost on my side. All in all - great experience.
