Horrible Service
Horrible Service Firstly, they notified me when the product was delivered, but when I went to the door, it wasn't there. I am ok for them to leave at the doorstep, but for it to be missing?? Unlike other platforms where the drivers need to take a photo, I didn't even have that. I could not even tell if they had delivered to the wrong address or not. Not to mention the horrible customer service. You HAVE to go through their terrible telegram bot and had been trying to connect to a live agent for 4 hours. You cannot tell me it takes 4 hours to assist on a weekday afternoon. The facebook messenger doesnt even work and there's no way alternative contact. Luckily the person who actually received it brought my package to me.
