Wow! I'm a fan of FORTIS
I am a small business owner and a had problems with clients submitting FRAUD Credit Card disputes despite having provided the services and them being there in person. The credit card company would automatically just take those funds from my bank account and thus affecting my bottom line. I call Shea Drayton with FORTIS's dispute department. She walked me through how I could streamline the process and challenge those credit card disputes. It worked and I was able to prove to the Credit Card company that these clients were falsely submitting these disputes and I was able to reverse the chargeback and regain my bottom line. Thank you Shea!
