Got my compac A1 plus fan
Got my compac A1 plus fan. Item was sent in a brown box and the compac A1 was wrapped in brown paper. Plugged it in and the light came on and it showed up but will not hash, moved it to other location replacing with one that was working, it was the same response. Sent reply on 4-20 and I called and left message on 4-29. Both cases no response. Customer support very bad. I even had order protection. That looks like a joke, and a waste of money. Order number 330359. The fan did work with no problem. bitcoin merch did reach out, and asked if I would send back the compac a1 and fan and they would replace it for me. very friendly person. they sent me a return label very fast. this is an example of customer service that anyone would hope to get. A++ thank you very much.
