DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This company and Terry from their customer serivce team is not to be trusted. I ordered a pair of leather jeans, they came and were admittedly from Terry at Leather Cult not made according to the measurements I provided. Initially they refused to redo my jeans even after they admitted to making them with the wrong measurements. When I said I would take this up with my credit card company, they changed their tune and agreed to make me a new pair of jeans, as the original pair were unwearable, at no additional charge and to the proper measurements. Then Terry came back and asked if I wanted to adjust any of the other measurements since they were re-doing the jeans and that if so they would charge and additional $65 to do so. I agreed and resubmitted my measurements and paid the $65. I then received an email stating that I would have to pay $100 for the remake of the jeans. Over the course of 10 emails back and forth throughout the process, Terry changed their tune each time and was never consistent with what they were or were not going to do with my order. I finally said enough is enough. This company is not to be trusted, ESPECIALLY if you have a problem with your order and what was made.
