Items not shipped after 2.5 months
I placed an order for 4 in stock items on April 19th. #FF3175CA. To date the items have not been shipped. I have followed up numerous times, and while I am receiving an apologetic response, it seems very scripted. I have specifically asked why there is such an extreme delay in shipping and for an estimate of when my items are going to ship, and they have refused to answer either question, but have assured me they are a legitimate company...which is an odd thing for a legitimate company to say when they haven't been accused otherwise. I was really excited and encouraged by the reviews on their own website, but I'm not convinced I'm ever getting these products.
