Juan is the man!
Juan was legitimately awesome and great to work with. He was patient with my situation, offered many different solutions to help, and really went above-and-beyond in regards to getting me setup and having this invoice taken care of. I manage global logistics for high-value merchandise and frequently chat with CSR's around the world -- very, very few come anywhere near the level of professionalism, personality, and attention to detail that Juan provided. Thank you again!!
