I left messages, reviews, sent emails, and you claim I didn't communicated with you? You charged me for dresses I never received so I have put together a list of people with similar experiences all over the internet (you even have your own FB group of victims). I may have to pay over 1k for dresses I "rented" but never received but we together are preparing a class action suit...I dread the day I decided to try your company but I'm not letting this go so easily. Shame on you.
I am here looking to see who has experienced what I'm going through now. Ordered 6 dresses to try on at home and received only one (returned). I notified them over and over and they charged me for the 5 dresses, putting the entire burden of me for the "lost dresses". I received one badly taped plastic bag, you couldn't fit 6 dresses in it yet they are adamant and charged me over 1k for the 5 dresses I didn't received! If there are others who have had this happened to them, I'm considering starting a class action suit.
