TOTAL SCAM – NO REFUND, NO CREDITS, NO SERVICE!
I am updating my review because this company is officially a SCAM. It has been over 20 days since 21 April 2026. NO REFUND: They are refusing to refund my accidental yearly subscription. NO CREDITS: They have not provided the credits I paid for. NO USAGE: I have used ZERO credits, yet they are keeping my money. When I ask for my money back, they are shamelessly claiming that digital credits are 'not normal goods' and citing 'Article 8' to deny my refund. They refuse to return my money AND refuse to give me the credits I paid for. This is a clear trap to steal customer funds. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PAY THEM!"
