I came and Looked and saw my Review Had Been Removed.. HMMMMMMMM I Had a bad experiences with this company and I had some good. lets talk about the positive, They were able to get me funded twice, Now lets talk about the bad.. 1. Communication is just not there with this company, My Point of contact at this company, Ghosted us and then said they went home for the day becuase he was not feeling well.. And the whole time i kept getting asked to change my review because the boss was mad at him. OK i understand that sickness happens, then there was a loan made great awesome. Then there was a second, thought we had a great thing till today, I got emailed that i could qualify for a new loan great ok could use it.. at first i was like no and i did tell him, but then I sent an email back saying lets see what you got to offer. then Crickets.. I sent an email again going oh i am getting Ghosted again. I finally got a response that they were just getting around to emails, and they would have me an answer.. So got email and phone call i was approved, great was told oh i am going to send this to the contract department and we will get the contract to you today and then we will get you funded today or tomorrow... Ok great I waited and Waited nothing so I email back then i get the brush off.. OH The Contract dep is off tomorrow because a holiday ok( what holiday) but any way i was told that i would be funded today or tomorrow and now its Friday.. My point of contact would have not let me know this if i didnt email asking.. This point of contact needs some help understanding commication and such.. I know they can get you funded and i am grateful for that just don't promise something you cant do and know you cant do.. After my loan is thru i will never use them again
