Ordered some sandals that took 3 weeks…
Ordered some sandals that took 3 weeks to receive (after reminding them a couple of times). Finally received and product was totally misrepresented. Extremely poor quality and the "superior arch support" as promised was nonexistent with soles thin and hard. Sandals also have no manufacturer, no size, nothing printed as usual on the product. I contacted them to return them but in the end was told I could either give them away or just absorb the loss as they couldn't be returned, though they would give me a 15% discount on my next purchase! Total scam!
