Absolutely terrible experience with ZAPAKA
Absolutely terrible experience with Zapaka. The company advertises “easy returns,” but completely hides the fact that customers in Europe must return items to the USA. This was only revealed after we requested a return. The return shipping costs from Germany are around 70 EUR because only express shipping is accepted, making the return process practically impossible and financially unreasonable. This lack of transparency feels extremely misleading. Customer service was slow, evasive, and offered no real solution despite repeated communication. Important return conditions should be clearly visible before purchase, not disclosed afterward. We feel deceived as customers and would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this retailer.
