Wrong dress arrived. Bait and Switch from the company
I ordered a dress. It took forever to arrive. They don't use a normal shipping service. No USPS, UPS, FEDEX. Some completely random shipper that was extremely useless for tracking. The tracking stated several times that my item was lost then suddenly in my neighborhood, then the next day it was back afar away from my home again. Finally, the package arrived. It wasn't at all the dress I had ordered. It was some completely terrible fabric, wrong dress, wrong style. Buyer be ware and don't order from there. I emailed them the information and they wrote back that they will offer me a 30% refund for a bait and switch.
