I signed up for $8 subscription the other and began my request for a 60:second YouTube short. The video itself didn't even complete before the credits ran out, so I was charged an additional $40 dollars that I never approved. There were 3 separate transactions made back to back so my bank alerted me. I called the number the bank provided me and a woman answered, once I started explaining my problem she hung up on me and blocked my call. A few minutes later I got a text from a number in the Bahamas but when I responded I was also blocked. At this point I've emailed supercool, called and texted and have gotten horrible communication. Am I just suppose to lose $48 dollars?
