Blocked account...
I have had a terrible experience with them. It's my first time ordering from them and I purchased products in value of 400-500$, but a few days later they blocked my account. I contacted customer support about the issue and I couldn't get a proper explanation. They told me they needed a photo from the bank app, a photo of the card(with the details) and a photo of my id. This is totally unprofessional and even if I wanted to send them any of my details I couldn't because they wouldn't tell me which of the transactions they wanted the photos from. After a 2 weeks of back and forth messaging they ended up telling me I won't be able to unblock my account. Till now I am waiting for them to refund my money. Worst haul ever. Don't order from them, they are just scammers adn their customer support is trash!
