Don't Buy from Dji!
I am writing this review due to appalling customer service and a missing order. > My package (Order #0441018438416) was marked as ready for collection at a DPD Pickup Shop on 28th July. However, I went to pick up the package from the pick up point I was told the package wasn't there to pick up the person that works there confirmed directly to me that they do not have the package. > DJI Presales Support opened an investigation with DPD and informed me it would take a minimum of 8 working days. It has now been over 8 days since that timeframe passed, and despite me chasing them repeatedly for an update or a refund, I am being completely ignored. > I have received neither the product I paid for nor a refund, and support has gone completely silent.
