The Enence translator does not work without WIFI
The Enence translator does not work without WIFI. I am told there is a package you can download to use this product without WIFI but I can not find out to get this package and the Enence website is of no help in this matter. Basically without non-WIFI ability this is better as a paper weight than being able to use it outside of your WIFI zone. VERY, VERY disappointed. I will be very curious to see if I get a helpful response from this post. UPDATE: I have been contacted by Enence, They are asking for email used for the order and order #. The email address I used I do not want to post on a public forum, please give me another way to supply this information. I no longer have the order #. I do still have the box that the Enence order came in which appears to have some numbers on it. As an additional piece of information, I actually purchased two of the translators at the same time so I am anxious to get this problem corrected. UPDATE 5/28/26 I am pleased to say that in fact Enence did reach out and has made a very generous offer to settle my concerns and complaint. It isn't often that you see companies really trying to make things right, which Enence has done.
