You don’t get all that was promised
Never received the exercises that were supposed to be sent. I get hundreds of messages saying I missed my call which I never arranged because my schedule is super busy at the moment. I also receive a bunch of videos to watch trying to get me to buy more things. Not what I really signed up for other than some supplements that give me more energy but do not help at all with weight loss.
