I had an excellent experience with Freya in BookPrintingChina
I had an excellent experience with BookPrintingChina while producing the box set for my book series. A special thank you to Freya, who supported me from the very beginning all the way to the final production stage. She was extremely professional, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was her level of responsibility and dedication. She even replied to my messages at 1:00am on a Sunday to let me know the box set was finished, and she sent me videos and photos of the final product before shipping it out. That level of customer service is rare nowadays. The final box set turned out beautifully, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate all the effort Freya and the team put into the project. If you are looking for a reliable printing company for books or box sets, I highly recommend BookPrintingChina. Thank you again, Freya, for helping bring my vision to life!
