I took my first webcast course
I took my first webcast course. Listened, learned, and clicked all the participation prompts. At the end of the course, a note popped up that the CPE certificate was available on the platform. I closed the note and another note popped up that instructed me to close the window. I closed the window and everything shut down. I called the helpline and they told that they didn’t have any data of my registration or completion. After some digging, they found my registration but not my completion. They escalated it and I’m waiting to hear back from them. This is really frustrating and disappointing after having paid so much money for a supposedly top-notch online CPE provider. My name is not Jose. Issue hasn’t been resolved.
