Upsetting
I ordered it remote boat for my 9 year old son. By thr first use the boat filled with water and the speed of the boat came and went all the time. I asked for a replacement or refund. Communication was super slow and the problem was never solved No refund, no replacement. Sent it to a repair shop was what they told me!
