I ordered a Mother’s Day gift through IGP, and it was never delivered. This is extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. I trusted your website for a special occasion, and you completely ruined the experience. I have no idea why I even ordered from IGP. Pathetic service, poor reliability, and a very disappointing experience. I will never use IGP again, and I strongly recommend others not to waste their money on this app.
