This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. I placed an order with this company expecting a professional service and timely delivery, but unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. After taking full payment, the company failed to deliver the product as promised. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication and customer support. Multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups have gone unanswered. There has been no proper update, no accountability, and no effort made to resolve the issue. When customers spend their hard-earned money on gifts, especially for important occasions, they expect honesty, reliability, and at the very least a response. Instead, this company has shown complete disregard for customer service and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this business. Based on my experience, once they receive payment, getting any form of communication or support becomes extremely difficult. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, disappointment, and inconvenience. Very poor service and highly unprofessional handling of customers.
