Great customer service & great logistics
Howdy y'all, So I Bought this Boker knife from Blade HQ recently, unfortunately it had a defect from the manufacturer (very slight bend in the tip of the MagnaCut blade). Customer service was top notch, they created a return label for me and I ended up not having to pay for shipping costs, the whole ordeal was seamless and pleasant. Regardless of the defect, when I received the knife it was well packaged and arrived on time.
